Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
    Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  3. Domestic & International Shipping
    We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. International delivery times may vary due to customs and carrier delays.
  4. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
  6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
    Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  7. Lost or Stolen Packages
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  8. Delayed Shipments
    Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these rare situations.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Ascending Stars, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item has not been worn
  • The item has not been washed
  • The item is in original condition
  • All original tags are still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be approved.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please email ascendingstarstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with tags removed
  • Final sale items
